Our extensive bar menu offers spirits, beers & ciders, wines, shooters, soft drinks, cordials and cocktails.

We offer 4 different bar options:
Dry Bar Service
Our Dry Bar
Service brings the
infrastructure and
staff you’ll need when
you already have
drinks sponsored or
wish to purchase your
own drinks.
Consignment Bar
This is designed for events
(corporate or private)
where the client carries
the cost of the bar. In this
case, all liquor is supplied
on a consignment basis
and only open liquor
used is charged for.
Consignment stock is
approximately cost plus
30%.
Cash Bar
Let us take the hassle
out of every aspect of
your Cash Bar. Not only
are we are able to secure
a temporary liquor
licence for your event
but we’ll supply the staff
and service the bar.
Gin Bar
